Tanner is based in Kimberley and regularly appears in courts throughout the East and West Kootenays, including Cranbrook, Creston, Fernie, Invermere, Golden, Nelson, Rossland and Castlegar.

Providing legal representation for a wide range of criminal charges including property crimes, violent offences, drug charges, sexual offences and even traffic tickets.

About

Tanner is originally from southern Alberta. After earning a bachelor's degree at the University of Lethbridge, he moved to Kamloops to study law at Thompson Rivers University. After law school, he worked at a general practice law firm in Revelstoke for 5 years.

Tanner is passionate about defending individual rights and gives each client his unwavering dedication. He believes that everyone deserves a strong advocate and a second chance.

When not in the office, Tanner enjoys fly fishing, snowboarding and exploring the beautiful Kootenays with his wife and three young children.
